The New Air signed a contract with 2419 Record Label in December. The news was announced on social networks on 22nd December, the day the deal was signed. Beginning in February the roman band’s second album – “Breakfast With” – will be available for downloaded for free on the website of the Dutch record company. “We are extremely pleased to have reached this agreement” commented the two band members, who then added, “We are intrigued by the future that lies ahead. 2419 is a great record company, and working for it will be an honor”.
But December was also the month of experimental gigs. On 7th December the New Air, in fact, have performed online using the Ustream platform. The amateur footage hasn’t in any way affected the sound nor the musical level. Indeed, the simplicity of the video has probably returned to the band’s music spontaneity and originality of all time and thanks to which it was possible to get here.
Among the songs in the lineup, tracks taken from the album “Prospect Of Life” and some jam sessions. “It’s been a productive month, a good way to close a wonderful 2014 and that has given us so many emotions,” commented with satisfaction the group, ready to start 2015 in the best way.
